Generl specifications:

Description:

This pendulum rain test apparatus adopts a double-column structure, which facilitates installation and ensures smooth rotation of the pendulum. Moreover, its bottom is equipped with adjustable casters, making it convenient to move the machine.

• The counterweight is added at the bottom of the case to lower the center of gravity of the case and make the device more stable when swinging.
• There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When it is short of water, it will alarm.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted under the control cabinet, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵.
• The swing tube is driven by a servo motor, with precise swing angle and low noise.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
• Both sides of the column adopts a slightly inclined design, when splash test, the water sprayed on the cabinet will flow out from the inside, will not bring into contact with the electric control part, to protect the electrical safety of the equipment.
• All 304 stainless steel body, excellent material, will not rust.
• The equipment can be equipped with a variety of pendulum tube specifications: R200-R1600mm (need to be specified in advance).
• The swing angle can be customised, such as swinging from the bottom to the top to simulate the splashing situation.
• The diameter of the rotary table is matched according to the specifications of the pendulum tube, such as R200-φ200mm rotary table, R400-φ400mm rotary table.

The swing nozzle rain test machine is applicable in scenarios where larger products need to undergo simulated rainfall exposure. It's ideal for assessing waterproofing, sealing, and durability of automotive components, outdoor electronics, construction materials, and more. With multiple model options, it caters to diverse testing requirements.

6 At present, only Chinese and English interfaces are supported; if other languages are introduced, the software can be updated remotely.

7 The swing pipe can be equipped with a variety of specifications, which can be selected according to the sample size range (satisfying the spray distance <200mm), please confirm clearly before placing an order.

8 The specifications of swing pipe for IPX3/4 rain test, as shown in the figure below:

9 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.

10 When reading the flowmeter, the second digit after the decimal point is the estimated reading data, not accurate data; if the user is concerned about the accuracy of the data, a flow sensor can be selected through negotiation.
