Description:
The rain test equipment, featuring a single oscillating tube with a
swing range of ±90°, enables precise swing control and is suitable
for devices requiring localized waterproof testing. Meanwhile,
equipped with high-precision flow sensors, it is more
cost-effective in certain testing situations compared to
higher-priced flowmeters.
- The counterweight is added at the bottom of the case to lower the
center of gravity of the case and make the device more stable when
swinging.
- There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water
level control system. When it is short of water, it will alarm.
- The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted under the control
cabinet, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of
the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable
rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse
rotation to prevent winding 5.
- The swing tube is driven by a servo motor, with precise swing angle
and low noise.
- Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed
software, which can be switched to multiple languages6.
- Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good
load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
- Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage
alert.
