The height of the swing tube on this equipment is adjustable through a lifting mechanism, enabling it to accommodate different product sizes and testing requirements by adjusting the height and angle of the tube, thereby achieving optimal testing results.

• The counterweight is added at the bottom of the case to lower the center of gravity of the case and make the device more stable when swinging.
• There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water level control system. When it is short of water, it will alarm.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted under the control cabinet, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding ⁵.
• The swing tube is driven by a servo motor, with precise swing angle and low noise.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁶.
• Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage alert.
• The diameter of the rotary table is matched according to the specifications of the pendulum tube, such as R200-φ200mm rotary table, R400-φ400mm rotary table.
• Flow rate, swing angle, etc. have been internally calibrated and measured by a third party before shipment to comply with standards such as IEC60529 and EN60598.
• Pendulum using CNC technology processing, nozzle spacing of 50mm, stainless steel, factory will be high-pressure rinsing, to avoid clogging of impurities.
• The cabinet has been weighted, which can effectively reduce the centre of gravity and make the pendulum swing more smoothly without great shaking.
• Both sides of the column adopts a slightly inclined design, when splash test, the water sprayed on the cabinet will flow out from the inside, will not bring into contact with the electric control part, to protect the electrical safety of the equipment.
• All 304 stainless steel body, excellent material, will not rust.

7 The swing pipe can be equipped with a variety of specifications, which can be selected according to the sample size range (satisfying the spray distance <200mm), please confirm clearly before placing an order.

8 The specifications of swing pipe for IPX3/4 rain test, as shown in the figure below:

9 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.

10 When reading the flowmeter, the second digit after the decimal point is the estimated reading data, not accurate data; if the user is concerned about the accuracy of the data, a flow sensor can be selected through negotiation.
