The main product structure:
The rain test chamber features a boosting function, allowing for
adjustable rain pressure to simulate diverse rainfall intensities.
It incorporates flow sensors and pressure sensors for precise
control of rainfall flow rate and pressure, achieving the
evaluation of products' waterproof capabilities under extreme
weather conditions.
- There is a water storage tank inside the equipment and a water
level control system. When the water is full, it will prompt, and
when it is short of water, it will alarm.The sample power socket
(220V, 10A) is mounted on the right wall of the inner box, which is
convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and
after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be
automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding 5. And there is a waterproof lighting inside, which is convenient
for users to observe the test situation.
- Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed
software, which can be switched to multiple languages6.
- Test time setting: 0-999min7.
- Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good
load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
- Box-type structure, can be recycled water testing, saving resources
and more environmentally friendly (it is recommended to replace the
water once a week to prevent the deterioration of water quality)
- The equipment adopts stainless steel water pump to ensure that the
machine operates for a long time without rusting and is very
durable.
- Conventional box-type equipment swing tube specifications are
generally R200, R400, R600, can be customised according to user
needs to do larger specifications (need to assess the budget,
delivery period and other factors)
- There is a drainage groove under the window of the equipment to
prevent dripping water from flowing out directly along the box
door, resulting in rust or deformation of the lower edge of the box
door.
- The equipment is painted in Yuexin's standard blue and white colour
to emphasise the waterproof theme.

The IPX34 rain chamber finds extensive application across diverse
settings, encompassing waterproof testing of outdoor electronics,
home appliances, automotive parts, and electrical devices. It
effectively mimics the conditions of a water spray test,
guaranteeing products' resilience in rainy or damp conditions.
Usage cautions:
1 The pictures in this document are for customer reference only,

that other test requirements and standards cannot be conducted.

4 Standard load-bearing upper limit of turntable is 25kg,but also
can be customized per requirements.
5 Please inform in advance if the voltage(220V) does not match the
actual needs so that we can provide customized solutions for you.
6 At present, only Chinese and English interfaces are supported; if
other languages are introduced, the software can be updated
remotely.
7 It is recommended to set the test time according to the test
standard. The water temperature will rise due to long time test
which has an impact on the test results.
8 The swing pipe can be equipped with a variety of specifications,
which can be selected according to the sample size range
(satisfying the spray distance <200mm), please confirm clearly
before placing an order.
9 The specifications of swing pipe for IPX3/4 rain test, as shown
in the figure below:
