About product:
The touch-control design of the water jet test device allows users
to customize test procedures and parameters as needed, improving
the flexibility and accuracy of testing. What's more, the water jet
test machine utilizes a multifaceted approach where water is
sprayed in upwards, downwards, leftwards, and rightwards
directions, executing rigorous waterproof examinations on the
equipment. This ensures that samples are comprehensively subjected
to water spray exposure throughout the entirety of the testing
procedure.Additionally, its high-precision flow sensors offer a
cost-saving advantage over pricier flowmeters, making it a
favorable choice in select testing scenarios.
- The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right
side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is
about 400L. There is a water level control in the water tank, with
a low water level prompt (water shortage alarm).
- The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the
turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of
the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable
rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse
rotation to prevent winding.
- A special bracket is provided to allow users to test easily.
- Spray angle can be adjusted manually.
- Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed
software, which can be switched to multiple languages.
- Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good
load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
- Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage
alert.

Usage environment:
The IPX5 and IPX6 compliant rain test chamber is tasked with
rigorously examining the water resistance of premium electronic
devices, spanning from mobile phones and tablets to cameras and LCD
TVs. By mimicking the harshest rainfall and downpour scenarios, it
ensures that these devices and their components excel in
performance, even in the most challenging of weather environments.

6 At present, only Chinese and English interfaces are supported; if
other languages are introduced, the software can be updated
remotely.
7 Since the capacity of the water storage tank is limited, and the
spray water cannot be recycled quickly, it is recommended that the
user set the test time between 3-5 minutes to avoid insufficient
water supply.
