Test Principle4:
IPX8 Test: By filling the tank with compressed air and increasing
the water surface pressure, the pressure in the water increases
synchronously, thereby simulating different water depth
environments.
Features:
The primary distinction between this equipment and the
YX-IPX7/8-10A submersion test chamber lies in its simulated water
depth range of 1-30 meters, which can accommodate various testing
requirements for different products.
- The device is equipped with a pressure sensor, which can display
the internal pressure change synchronously.
- The tank cover is fastened with stainless steel can lid flange
fasteners, and the seal is firm.
- Timing is performed by a time relay, and timing starts after the
internal pressure reaches the set value.
- After the test is complete, the device automatically vents the
pressure.
- The tank cover is connected with a mechanical safety valve. If the
set pressure exceeds the set pressure, the safety valve will
release the pressure directly to ensure the safety of users.
- If the user needs to provide an external power supply for the
sample, we can open a hole in the lid and provide a locking device
(wire diameter <15mm)5.

Use:
The IPX8 diving test device has wide application prospects in
