The biggest advantage of this wall-mounted drip rain tester is its small footprint, which can save space in the testing area. It boasts high vertical space utilization, making it suitable for testing in limited spaces.

• The equipment is fixed on the wall by expansion screws, which is firm and durable⁵.
• The drip board is made of stainless steel, with 0.4mm needle nozzles evenly distributed(the water level is invisible).
• The drip board can be lifted by screw rod, and has a photoelectric detection switch, which can stop falling at a distance of 200mm from the sample.
• A protective cover is installed under the drip board to protect personnel from being hurt by the nozzle.
• The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse rotation to prevent winding⁶.
• Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed software, which can be switched to multiple languages⁷.
• Protection measures: short circuit protection, safety shield protection.
• The rack is made of high-strength aluminium alloy, with triangular diagonal support design, not easy to deform, load-bearing up to 150kg.
• The control box of the equipment is installed independently, fixed against the wall or fixed as a rack, and the operating height can be matched independently according to the user's needs.
• The bottom space is open on three sides, the sample shape and size range is more applicable, and it is more convenient to install the specimen.
• Spray water can not be recycled, you need to install the equipment in a site with smooth drainage conditions.
• Low packaging cost, relative to the other two types of models, wooden box volume can be reduced by 1/3, reducing transport costs.

7 At present, only Chinese and English interfaces are supported; if other languages are introduced, the software can be updated remotely.

8 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.

9 The data is calculated based on the dripping area, IPX1:0.8×0.8×(0.001-0.0015)=.00064-0.00096m³/min(that is 0.64-0.96L/min). When reading the flowmeter, the second digit after the decimal point is the estimated reading data, not accurate data; if the user is concerned about the accuracy of the data, a flow sensor can be selected through negotiation.

10 200mm is the distance from the nozzle to the sample specified in the standard, and the user needs to adjust the height of the drip board to meet the distance requirement.

11 The user needs to prepare an air compressor in advance (recommended gas storage capacity > 40L). If you need us to buy it on your behalf, you need to explain in advance.
