Standard parameters:
Designed for evaluating corrosion resistance, the salt spray
chamber operates as a sophisticated machine. It creates a simulated
oceanic environment by exposing test samples to a fine mist
composed of saltwater. This environment, tightly controlled,
rigorously assesses the durability of metals, surface coatings, and
other materials against the corrosive influence of salt. Precision
controls over factors like temperature, humidity, and salt
concentration guarantee reliable and reproducible test results.
Installation requirements:
- Aisle: Before the equipment enters the factory, please confirm that
the space in the aisle, elevator, laboratory, etc. of the factory
area is sufficient for the equipment to pass through.
- Water source: Please prepare purified water.
- Air source: Please prepare a compressed air source with an output
pressure of 0.6-0.8Mpa4.
- Site space: ≥W2500×D1800×2500mm
- The room needs to reserve a drain, and the bottom of the left side
of the machine can be connected to the water pipe for drainage.
Use environmental conditions:
1 Temperature: 8℃～50℃.
2 Relative humidity: less than 85% .
3 No direct sunlight or direct radiation from other heat sources.
4 There is no high concentration of dust and corrosive substances
around.
