Water Spray Test Equipment
Description:
IPX69K is a comprehensive equipment that can meet the testing
requirements of both IPX56 and IPX9. Moreover, it is capable of
controlling parameters such as water pressure, water temperature,
and spray duration, so as to evaluate the waterproof performance of
products under different conditions and ensure the accuracy of test
results.
- The left side of the equipment is the control box, and the right
side is the water storage tank. The volume of the water tank is
about 400L.
- There is a water level control in the water tank, with a low water
level prompt (water shortage alarm).
- The sample power socket (220V, 10A) is mounted on the side of the
turntable, which is convenient for the user to do the live test of
the sample; and after the sample is powered on, the turntable
rotation will be automatically adjusted to forward and reverse
rotation to prevent winding 5.
- A special bracket is provided to allow users to test easily.
- Spray angle can be adjusted manually.
- Controller: 7-inch touch screen + PLC, using Yuexin self-developed
software, which can be switched to multiple languages6.
- Universal casters are mounted on the bottom, which has good
load-bearing and easy to move and fix the equipment.
- Protection measures: short circuit protection, water shortage
alert.
Application:
As the IPX6-9K water spray test equipment can verify waterproof
performance under various extreme environmental conditions, they
are widely used in product testing that requires high waterproof
performance, such as the outdoor electronic devices, large-sized
battery packs, large electromechanical equipment, and automotive
parts.

6 At present, only Chinese and English interfaces are supported; if
other languages are introduced, the software can be updated
remotely.
7 Since the capacity of the water storage tank is limited, and the
spray water cannot be recycled quickly, it is recommended that the
user set the test time between 3-5 minutes to avoid insufficient
water supply.
8 The standard model is adjusted by a flowmeter, and the upper
surface of the float is aligned with the scale to read the data; if
you need to export the test data, you can choose a flow sensor.
