1, This chamber is suitable for IP1X,IP2X,IP3X,IP4X dust test.

2, It is suitable for IP1X, IP2X, IP3X, IP4X dustproof level testing of products.

3, IP1X test ball parameters: steel ball diameter 50mm, handle length 100mm, external test thrust 50±5N.

4, IP2X test finger parameters: the diameter of the curved finger is 12mm, the length of the curved finger is 80mm, the number of knuckles is 3, and the external test thrust is 30±3N.

5, IP3X test ball parameters: probe diameter 2.5mm, handle length 100mm, external test thrust 3±0.3N.

6, IP4X test ball parameters: probe diameter 1.0mm, handle length 100mm, external test thrust 1±0.1Nm

7, The handle is made of PC material, which is an insulating material.

8, When testing, it needs to be used with the power indicator:

(1) There are two terminals, red and black, on the rear panel. The red terminal is the voltage output terminal, and the black terminal is the voltage return terminal. During the test, connect the wiring of the red terminal to the live part or the easily accessible part of the sample under test, and connect the black terminal to the Connect to the end of the test finger (or other probes).

(2) During the test, press the test button on the front panel, use the test finger (or other probes) to touch or approach the live parts or easily accessible parts of the sample under test, when the head of the test finger (or other probes) When it is in contact with the charged part or easily accessible part inside the sample to be tested, the "failure light" on the front panel will light up, indicating that it has touched the live part and failed the inspection.
